For Wilderness Retreats: I agree to pay the deposit amount of $500 for my reservation of this expedition for two people. I agree to pay the remaining balance 45 days prior to departure.
I acknowledge that I will surrender my reservation if deposits and balance are not received by the dates identified.
I acknowledge that $250 of my deposit is non-refundable.
I acknowledge I will surrender my full deposit if I cancel the reservation between 60 days before stated expedition.
I acknowledge that I will surrender the full deposit and full balance should I cancel the reservation 45 days before stated expedition.
I acknowledge that this trip could cancel 45 days prior to departure if there are not enough participants.
I acknowledge that the deposit and trip payment will be reimbursed back to me should the Open Routes Adventures and Breakwater Expeditions administration decide that it is best to cancel the expedition. I acknowledge that Open Routes Adventures and Breakwater Expeditions will not reimburse any costs that you may incur which are not paid directly to Open Routes Adventures and Breakwater Expeditions such as flights, hotels, and vehicle rentals. Trip insurance is recommended for last minute changes such as illness, injury, or any unforeseen circumstances that could limit participation.
By submitting payment, I acknowledge my financial obligation to participate in the above referenced expedition. I also understand additional forms will be sent and plan to complete them in a timely manner.
