Blair Anne Hensen

Blair Anne Hensen MS, LCPC, NCC is a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC #41966) in Montana and credentialed as a National Board of Certified Counselors. She specializes in relationship counseling and coaching working with clients to reduce reactivity, build inner awareness of thoughts and emotions, and deepen connection. Blair has worked in university counseling and in group & private practice working with families, couples, and individuals to meet their specialized needs. She draws on her education and training, personal discovery, and professional experiences to travel alongside others to explore new terrain—be it external or internal. When we allow ourselves to engage our wild, rustic, self, removed from modern conveniences and distractions, connection arises—unforced, authentic, and true.

Blair graduated from Seattle Pacific University in 2012 with a Bachelors in Global Development Studies and Minor in Creative Writing, and Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Counseling from Montana State University (2018) and has additional trainings in suicide assessment and treatment, treating men’s anxiety and depression, counseling supervision, outdoor behavioral health, psychological stress injury and first aid, Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT, Level 1 & 2), Emotionally Focused Therapy Externship, and more!

Blair grew up in Centennial, Colorado, and has lived in Washington, Alaska, and Montana. She is deeply connected in the Rocky Mountains and spends her free time adventuring with her significant others. She has worked in a variety of industries prior to counseling including baking, marketing, writing, tourism, wilderness guiding, professional cooking, and international development work.
